An example setup using NodePanel’s Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead settings. Not a customer’s server.

Your server settings

Prepare the mission and player requirements.

The Operation Arrowhead profile includes mission selection, mods and access settings.

  1. Select the mission

Set the mission file to run and choose persistent mission behaviour. Give the server a name players can recognise before the session begins.

  2. Declare your mod folders

Enter the mod folders as a semicolon-separated list. Set signature verification and BattlEye options to match the setup you want players to use.

  3. Separate player and admin access

Set a join password for the group and a separate admin password. Use NodePanel to start, stop, restart or update the server.

Once it is running

Look after the game server from NodePanel.

The game server’s page has its controls, its live usage and the address your players connect to.

Start, stop, restart and update
Each one is a single button. Updating the game or saving new settings restarts it, so pick a time when nobody is playing.
Live CPU and memory
See the game’s CPU use, its memory use against the limit you set, and its uptime. Use them to decide whether the game needs more memory.
Address, ports and files
The Connection card shows the address and ports your players use, and tells you if your hosting provider’s firewall is blocking them. The file manager opens the game’s files.

Try NodePanel

Try it on your own server for 7 days.

Connect your Linux server, pick a game and share the address with your players. You pay your hosting provider separately for the server.
